The following message is being issued to all GEIS clients: 
 
   "We are introducing a new, state-of-the-art technology into our 
    network that will expand our capabilities and will enable us to 
    support higher speeds and provide better performance.  Previous to 
    this technology, it was not necessary that our users adhere 
    strictly to the GEIS logon specification requiring the typing of 
    three 'H' characters.  However, this new technology does require
    that our clients adhere to the GEIS logon specification.
    Therefore, from now on, please ensure you type in the HHH's when
    you log on to our network, regardless of your baud rate."
